Flickr is better - You can tag your photos and search the photos based on tags . ... But thats good if you search for photos!.

If you just want to display photos as albums, JAlbum is as good as flickr. (but its still 1:1 mapping - ie, a photo can belong to only one album)

I do have a basic flickr account. Not a Pro account, which costs $30 per year. The basic version has limitations on number of photos (200) displayed on your feed.

Where as, JAlbum, I have full control. And I dont have to spend on anything because, I already have quite a lot of hosting space !!</description>
