Cool!
Good to know that you are coming to Kingsport.
I am at Charlotte, North Carolina right now, which is 4 hours drive from Kingsport. Was planning to visit Kingsport as i have lot of friends there (as I was in your same account before at infy!)
Let me know once you reach Kingsport.

Hey Arjun ,
Congrats....
BTW try try google videos in INDIA it works,...
here is the technique
1. Make sure you have installed the Macromedia Flash player plugin in your browser. If you are on Firefox, turn off Adblock that sometimes block SWF animations.

2. Open video.google.com and search for the video you want to play.

3. Once you locate the video, click on the video thumbnail to play the video. Since playback is not supported in your country, Google shows you an error message. Ignore that warning and click on the "Put on Site" link

4. You will see a text box just beneath the "Put on Site" link containing some cryptic HTML. Don't get frightened, copy the HTML Code by clicking inside the text area and press Ctrl+C. Then open notepad or any text editor and paste the HTML.

5. Open the Find dialog (Ctrl+F) and type http://video.google

As you click find, you will see a really long URL starting with the above text. Select and copy the entire URL (select everything that's enclosed in double quotes starting with http://video.googl... and ending with playerMode=embedded)

6. Just paste this URL in your browser address and press enter. The video is now playing inside your browser just as a visitor in US would see it!!!

You can also change the the Video dimensions by clicking on the bottom right corner of the Google Video player

Try this sample

http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?videoUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvp.video.google.com%2Fvideodownload%3Fversion%3D0%26secureurl%3DiwAAAE_faJpujzkhwRhrOi-UC6ID_wKpwLpDmqDz05gRoqW51pZgOEGNKcDGMFSuYToPMT5rL5sn8dO_FERBgXhE1w_D-UKpZ46U95aYMLNW3Wlbq2jeDZ-Qf90-MgC2Gpy_9m16tCgEpzExbiM1WTY7YnatMEo7aXJ1JsFiXKGvggpi3ff05ZVq791sFomidZJ2qA%26sigh%3DQMTK0PTV9nQmczbk8ITskr16Wxo%26begin%3D0%26len%3D694432&thumbnailUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.google.com%2FThumbnailServer%3Fcontentid%3D5ab1edf5b66d4d2b%26second%3D5%26itag%3Dw320%26urlcreated%3D1137725188%26sigh%3DJk-kpTEqMbU4cgOJLi8j_gw8sno&playerId=2220377497568532283&playerMode=embedded

Hey Arjun,
I am a regular reader of your blog. We share the same first name.
I have been in the US for the past few years. Came in as a student. My one advice to you would be to buy bags of good quality. Bags of inferior quality tend to break/tear during the transit process and can cause a lot of headaches.
All the best and have a good flight.

Thanks for the Inputs Vin! Will keep that in mind. I have already checked the layout of the airport at my port of entry, and got the details. That should be helpful.

Welcome to the club. I was also in a similer mode few weeks ago. I recently moved to the US. Hope you have a nice time shopping and safe journey to the Americas.
Make sure you get your check in luggage at your port of entry, run it through the customs, then check it back in for the next connecting flight. There's always this confusion which I had. So buzzing you off.
