    >My God ! U should see the traffic in MOUNT ROAD, Chennai during >the morning hours. U cant cruise the bike more than 40kmph.

Hmm, you would be lucky if you could “cruise” at 5 kmph on Hosur Road during peak hours

  • 8. walking dead  |  October 10th, 2005 at 4:44 pm

heck, you would be lucky to cruise at 45 kmph even during off peak hours. unless you travel on this road, you have no idea how bad it is. and another thing, everytime that you travel on this road, expect your vehicle to be touched or that you’ll touch other vehicles. it’s so common place that no one even bothers to notice it anymore.

Wonderful cartoons! I believe that these cartoons were hosted in 2005 and now we are in 2007. I travel from Bommasandra (after Electronic city) to Bangalore City almost every day and the condition is still worst. Experiencing the same traffic jam…no…no…only Jam everyday! When will God open His eyes to this problem??
    Kudos to the cartoonist!

    Hai all.
Itz nice cartoons, whosoever made it. But don’t insult toooo much ya. Might b thro’out d world d situation 2day is like this only. ‘coz of the developing I.T or any business sector and most probably d world is getting smaller, ‘coz…… so don;t only say HOSUR is in this situation but thro’out d world itz the same for instance. Hosur guys n gals common n try for new method to reduce traffic jams. I can suggest many,
    1. People should try to use either their company buses or govt buses, not using their individual cars or motorbikes since they have it or lazy to stand or uncomfortable travelling in buses. if this happens then the space occupied will be less n jam will be less n people can reach office on time n save pollution n accidents.
    2. People can try using cycles, since cycling is good exercise n cycling can make u fit, cycle is a cheap means of transport n at last it provides no pollution n consumes no petrol or diesel. The money u spend on petrol n diesel n on d service or repair of vehicle, u can spend on a child’s education. And if every individual thinkl this, then there will be less or no uneducated child from now n Mr.Kalam’s dream can be real, if v youth n every individual think this.
    3. If itz a small distance or about 3-5kms from ur home to company, then u can walk. U can walk with ur friends, or make friends those who take the same path n walking also is a good exercise n can reduce transportaton cost, pollution etc..,
This I can say but i know even 1 also will not follow this. But i follow, I take up my cycle n travel in n around hosur and only if i have to travel to bangalore, i don’t take 2 or 4 wheeler but i travel thro’ city bus.
Thanx if u have read this.
Very much thanx if u n every individual try to follow this.

Hello friends why dont u move to Hosur - a place with climate and weather better than the new Bangalore. The water is good, no pollution, cost of living is just 50% of banglore and just 25 min. from Electronic city.

Traffic Problems are not created on its own. It was created by humen beings. If everybody follows the Traffic rules and the Road safety, then there will be no Traffic and no Accidents.
Eventhough the Road was in good shape, and if people not follows the Traffic rules, then we have to face the Traffic.
But not all the people by-pass the Traffic rules. A few people violates the Traffic rules, and that creates the Traffic problem. For that all other people are forced to suffer the traffic problems.
And why some people violating the traffic rule, because there is no heavy punishment implemented to those culprits.
