Guys, check out the plugins page in firefox site. There an extension "TEXT 2 LINK ". 

Suppose u have a long link in a text format (so that u cant click over it), no need to copy and paste in another tab. Jus highlight the text and right-click , select "open highlighted text in new tab". Voila, a new tab opens. Forget Ctrl + c and ctrl + v !!

Go : Tools &#62; Extensions &#62; Get more extensions &#62; In the FF homepage use search keyword &#62;&#62; "plain text to link" </description>
