No more clicks!

June 16th, 2005 at 03:48pm

Came across this site called www.dontclick.it

As the name suggests, the idea is no more clicking the button on your mouse. They have a wonderful interface, and you can navigate the entire stuff without even clicking once! (i.e., once you enter!)

Try it out. Its cool!

I think the ‘don’t click’ idea is stupid. I mean, clicking is so wired in user’s mind, there is no reason why one should use ‘hover’ to fire actions rather than click. I often keep hovering my mouse over a site, imagine if things started changing just by moving mouse. I will pass.

Yes. We are soo used to clicks!. Infact the same happned when MS introduced the single click funda in Win 98 if i am not wrong.

Even in this interface, … if you have see the UI to enter data.. its feels totally unusual!
