Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.

I feel change is good! Don’t you think so? Soon, I will be moving on to development. Its almost three years now since i am into Education & Research department of our company. Training people. I did like it. E&R helped me increase my skillset. I could learn lot of new stuff. And now, I would like to make best use of my skillset …. add more projects to my resume …..dive into development… and experience a whole new world. I have been waiting for this for some time now.
It will be a whole new world altogether. New challenges, new work environment (in the same company though!), new people, new friends, new timelines…………..but its good, and I am all set to take up the new adventure! Wish me luck!
For the more curious, I am joining a business unit called Resources, Energies, Utilities (REU) in our company. Will post more updates as i get to know more details!
