@Mahesh: I dont know the current state of roads, but when we went around 4 yrs back., it was pretty bad. Horrible.

If you love your car, I don’t suggest taking it! Better rent.

Was browsing HD KOTE to visit a relative & i found ur Blog.Its really wonderful place to visit.
I have a Maruthi Versa is it good place to take my vehicle .How’s the road?

I really envy you, the description and the pictures of Kabini are fantastic. Can u give more info.
I willbe inMangalore, in End April, I want to travel from Tirupati to Mangalore, can u guide me which route and transport to take. Are there any volvo buses available, where do we do bookings.
While in Mangalore, which is the budgeted hotel to stay near Baikampady [small town of Mangalore] and how to plan a visit to MaMadikeri and Kabini.
I will be visiting with my family and son of 11 years. Will the safari will enjoyable one for a 11 years old.
please guide me
